Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate is highly creative with strong analytical abilities and a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create cohesive marketing materials and messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on key metrics such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Manage and mentor digital marketing team members or external agencies, if applicable.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to nurture leads and improve customer journeys.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or web development tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
