Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social media campaigns for optimal performance.
• Oversee content marketing strategies, including blogs, email marketing, and website updates.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Analyze website traffic and digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Manage digital advertising budgets to optimize ROI.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and developers to maintain brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Implement and optimize lead generation campaigns for increased conversions.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to refine marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (X years) in digital marketing, preferably in [industry].
• Expertise in Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
