Digital Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated

    digital marketing strategies

    tailored for the EdTech sector.
  • Manage

    Zoho CRM

    for lead generation, automation, and nurturing student journeys.
  • Drive

    social media campaigns

    across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to boost brand presence and engagement.
  • Plan and implement

    Email & WhatsApp Marketing campaigns

    to reach and nurture students effectively.
  • Optimize website and landing pages using

    SEO best practices

    to improve organic visibility.
  • Leverage

    AI tools

    for campaign automation, content creation, personalization, and analytics.
  • Design creatives and marketing assets (brochures, ads, social posts, videos) using tools like

    Canva, Photoshop

    etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, academic, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Stay up to date with

    EdTech marketing trends

    and competitive strategies.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong hands-on experience with

    Zoho CRM

    (automation, workflows, reporting).
  • Proven track record in

    Social Media Marketing & Paid Campaigns

    .
  • Expertise in

    Email Marketing & WhatsApp Marketing tools

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    SEO, Google Analytics, and Search Console

    .
  • Familiarity with

    AI-powered marketing tools

    (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, analytics AI).
  • Graphic designing ability with

    Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator

    .
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of digital marketing experience

    (experience in

    EdTech industry preferred

    ).
  • Certifications in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Paid Ads will be an added advantage.
