About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing initiatives across digital platforms. This role requires proven expertise in Product Marketing, App Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Team Leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies while managing campaigns to maximize ROI.

Preferred: Candidates based in Hyderabad (or willing to relocate).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for product and app growth.
• Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across multiple digital channels.
• Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display, Affiliate, and other paid platforms.
• Implement and optimize App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to increase visibility and downloads.
• Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Firebase, etc.) to track KPIs and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, design, and sales) to align marketing with business goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, ensuring strong execution and professional growth.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify new opportunities to scale campaigns.
• Ensure effective budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis of campaigns.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Product Marketing, App Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
• Strong understanding of ASO, SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Social Media Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, App Store tools, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and growth tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.
• MBA in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
