Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and sales. You will collaborate closely with designers, content editors, and other team members, providing direction, copy, and creative guidance to ensure alignment with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, etc.).
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to inform campaigns.
• Plan monthly and quarterly digital calendars with clear KPIs and ROI expectations.

Team Collaboration & Supervision

• Guide and supervise designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
• Provide creative references, direction, and feedback to align with brand identity.
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Campaign Management

• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution: concept, copywriting, visual briefing, performance tracking, and optimization.
• Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Copywriting & Content

• Write compelling copy for ads, landing pages, social media, emailers, and more.
• Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand tone and message.
• Review and edit copy and content produced by the team for clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness.

Performance & Optimization

• Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results (A/B testing, CRO, etc.).
• Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,521.64 per month
