We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives, strengthen our digital presence, and drive measurable growth through effective digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies across all online platforms.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM activities to improve website ranking and organic reach.
  • Create, manage, and analyze social media campaigns and engagement metrics.
  • Develop compelling content strategies for social media, blogs, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage the company’s online reputation and digital branding.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and developers to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and tools in digital marketing.
  • Suggest and implement growth strategies to increase online traffic, conversions, and sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years preferred) as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital tools.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Excellent understanding of content marketing and digital branding.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce or fashion/accessories marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing (HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or video editing tools for campaign creatives.
