Position Overview:

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital marketing strategy

  for real estate clients with a primary focus on lead generation.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across

  Google Ads

  and

  Meta Ads

  , ensuring high ROI.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and continuously optimize campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).

• Analyze campaign performance

  , prepare insightful reports, and implement improvements based on data.
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, sales) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest
  platform algorithms, ad formats, and marketing trends.
• Take responsibility for team performance, provide training/support, and ensure all campaigns are aligned with quality standards.
• Manage budgets, allocate spending across channels, and forecast performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 3+ years

  of hands-on experience in managing

  Google and Meta Ads Campaign for the Real estate sector

• Proven success in generating leads through

  both Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Experience or capability to

  lead a team

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Digital Marketing tools such as
