A high-growth Indian soonicorn is on the hunt for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience. You will be responsible for developing and executing the entire digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. If you are an expert across multiple digital channels and have a passion for using data to optimize performance, this is your chance to build a marketing engine from the ground up.

What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities):

  • Multi-Channel Strategy:

    Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including SEO, SEM (Google Ads), Social Media (paid and organic), Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
  • Performance Marketing:

    Own the performance marketing budget and strategy, focusing on optimizing campaigns for key metrics like CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • SEO & Content:

    Drive the SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and lead the content marketing efforts to attract and engage our target audience.
  • Data & Analytics:

    Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics to analyze trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Optimization:

    Continuously A/B test and optimize landing pages, ad copy, and campaigns to improve conversion rates and drive growth.

What We're Looking For (Your Qualifications):

  • Experience:

    3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2C or B2B tech startup.
  • Channel Expertise:

    Proven expertise in managing

    SEO, SEM (PPC), Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing

    campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills:

    A highly data-driven mindset with strong proficiency in

    Google Analytics

    and other marketing analytics platforms.
  • Tools Proficiency:

    Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and ad platforms.
  • Strategic & Hands-On:

    You can think strategically about the big picture but are also willing to roll up your sleeves and execute campaigns yourself.
  • Results-Oriented:

    A relentless focus on achieving measurable results and a proven track record of driving business growth through digital marketing.
