Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to oversee all digital marketing efforts for our real estate business. The ideal candidate must be skilled in website development (PHP & WordPress), search engine optimization (SEO), social media optimization (SMO), and ad campaign management across multiple platforms. Proficiency in graphic designing is also required. Key Responsibilities: Website Design & Development Develop and maintain company websites using PHP and WordPress. Ensure the website is responsive, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Perform on-page and off-page SEO to boost organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research and optimize content accordingly. Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track performance. Social Media Optimization (SMO) Manage and grow presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Develop engaging content and campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement. Digital Marketing Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation. Create and manage email campaigns, blogs, landing pages, and newsletters. Graphics Designing Design high-quality creatives, banners, ad graphics, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets. Ad Campaign Management Manage and optimize ad campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) Facebook & Instagram Ads YouTube Video Ads Monitor performance and generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial properties. Required Skills: Website designing & development (PHP & WordPress) SEO & SMO techniques and tools Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) Content creation and digital strategy Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking tools Strong communication and team coordination skills
