Key Responsibilities: Act as the bridge between internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective design communication and coordination. Review and validate design deliverables from consultants to ensure alignment with project requirements, statutory guidelines, and company standards. Conduct regular design coordination meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and facilitate timely approvals. Modifying designs and plans as required. Liaise with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure design compatibility and integration across disciplines. Monitor design schedules and ensure timely submissions at each stage of the project. Coordinate with site execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout project development. Review drawings and documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations and client specifications. Prepare and maintain detailed reports, logs, and trackers for design-related activities and approvals. Support in tender documentation and responses related to design queries. Collaborate with procurement for timely delivery of design-related inputs. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Masters degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in architectural coordination or design management roles, preferably in real estate or construction projects. Strong knowledge of building codes, design standards, and coordination practices. Ability to read and understand multi-disciplinary drawings (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.). Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required.
