NVT Group is a diversified organization with interests across real estate, education (schools and colleges, E-Learning), interior design, and more. We are inviting application from a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to manage our brands social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to grow our online community, enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support lead generation and conversion efforts through social media channels.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Plan and oversee social media campaigns (organic and paid), promotions, and contests.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other social media analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with design, content, SEO, and performance marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, tools, and best practices.
  • Build and manage online communities, engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage brand reputation.
  • Coordinate with influencers and content creators for partnerships and campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive research and market trend analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. A Master’s is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is preferred.
