About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager cum Tutor to lead our marketing team and train students in marketing related subjects. This dual role position is ideal for professionals who are both result oriented marketers and passionate educators.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketing Manager:

• Lead and manage the marketing team and strategies
• Plan and execute digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, etc.)
• Monitor KPIs and optimize performance across digital platforms
• Develop brand awareness and engagement
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams

As a Marketing Tutor:

• Deliver engaging and updated classes on digital marketing topics
• Mentor and guide students with real world marketing insights
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, strategies, and platforms

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Passion for teaching and mentoring students

Ability to multitask and manage team responsibilities and teaching duties

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
