Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our brand’s overall digital and offline marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, coordinating content production (including photoshoots), tracking marketing performance, ensuring smooth customer interactions across platforms, and optimizing both SEO and campaign ROI. This role goes beyond typical digital marketing to bridge the gap between online engagement and offline brand impact.

Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, email marketing, etc.)
  • Track performance metrics (CTR, ROI, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams for performance creatives, content, and timelines
  • Plan and coordinate photoshoots and video production to support campaign and product promotion
  • Manage paid social media and Google Ads budgets with detailed reporting

Website & SEO:

  • Oversee website SEO performance – including keyword strategies, metadata, backlinking, and content improvements
  • Work with the development team to enhance UX/UI and site performance
  • Assist customers in site navigation and troubleshoot usability issues when needed

Customer Assistance & Product Guidance:

  • Provide digital support to customers on product selection and custom order assistance
  • Respond to online queries (social media, WhatsApp, or CRM system)
  • Coordinate with operations/sales to resolve issues and close leads

Brand Presence & Offline Coordination:

  • Monitor and support offline brand visibility efforts (in-store, events, physical promotions)
  • Ensure brand consistency across online and offline channels
  • Collect insights from offline feedback and integrate them into the digital strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing and campaign performance tracking
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and other performance tools
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and website optimization practices
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage shoots and content production efficiently
  • Knowledge of offline marketing coordination is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Canva/Photoshop/basic design knowledge for content briefing
  • CRM and email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hubspot)
  • Previous experience in D2C, printing, or e-commerce sectors

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
