About Our Client:

Designation: AVP – Digital Marketing

Location: Spaze Itech Park, Sec-49, Gurgaon

Experience: 10-12 years

About the role:



Responsibilities:

  • Grow digital marketing business.
  • Lead and manage the entire digital marketing operations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all client projects.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
  • Drive measurable growth across key digital channels — SEO, AEO, GEO, Paid Media, Social Media, and Web Development.
  • Oversee Performance Marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Lead the content, design, and technical teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and brand consistency.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities for the digital division — ensuring profitability, cost optimization, and resource utilization.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team of digital marketing specialists.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership and clients.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support client acquisition and retention strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or a related field (mandatory).
  • Master’s Degree / MBA in Marketing or Digital Business (Preferred).
  • Recognized certifications will be an added advantage:

o Google Ads / Meta Blueprint Certification

o HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification

o Google Analytics Certification (GA4)

o SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz SEO Certifications o Digital Marketing Executive Program (IIM / MICA / ISB – desirable).
