We are seeking a highly driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the university’s digital presence and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to promote the university’s brand, academic programs, and admissions. Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy Development Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with university goals (brand visibility, lead generation, admissions, rankings). Create and manage annual digital marketing plans and budgets. 2. Website & SEO Management Oversee website content, SEO/SEM strategy and performance. Ensure regular updates, mobile responsiveness, and lead optimization of the website. 3. Performance Marketing & Campaigns Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.). Track and optimize performance metrics – CPC, CTR, ROI, etc. 4. Social Media Management Develop and manage content calendar and strategy for all university social media channels. Monitor engagement, trends, and respond to community interactions. 5. Content & Creative Supervision Coordinate with content teams to ensure regular production of high-quality, engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics). Collaborate with design, video, and editorial teams for campaign creatives. 6. Analytics & Reporting Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc., to analyze data and improve performance. Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. 7. Lead Generation & CRM Collaborate with admissions to ensure effective lead capture, nurturing, and conversion strategies. Implement lead scoring and automation systems via CRM platforms. 8. Collaboration & Branding Work closely with academic departments, events team, PR and admission teams for campaign alignment. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or a related field. Master's degree or certifications in Digital Marketing (preferred). Experience: 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector or similar industry. Proven track record of managing multi-channel digital campaigns and lead generation strategies. Skills Required: Strong grasp of digital tools: Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta Business Manager, SEO tools (SEMRush/Ahrefs), email marketing platforms. Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills. Hands-on experience with performance marketing, marketing automation and CRM tools. Creative mindset with strong project and team management skills. Key Result Areas (KRAs): Increase in qualified lead generation & conversion rate. Website traffic growth and engagement. SEO rankings and digital presence. Performance of paid campaigns (ROI, CPL). Growth in social media engagement & followers. Timely execution of campaigns for key academic events (admissions, webinars, etc.). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,622.25 - ₹65,372.01 per month Work Location: In person
