Pharmacy Faculty

As per UGC norms, the responsibilities of Pharmacy faculty include delivering high-quality instruction in pharmaceutical sciences through lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials; developing curriculum and course materials aligned with regulatory requirements; engaging in active research and publishing in peer-reviewed journals; supervising student research projects and dissertations; mentoring students in both academic and professional development; participating in departmental and university-level committees; ensuring adherence to academic and ethical standards in teaching and research; contributing to industry collaborations, community outreach, and continuous improvement of the academic programs. The faculty is also expected to stay updated with advancements in pharmaceutical science and technology, and support accreditation and compliance processes under PCI, UGC, and other relevant bodies.
