Cymake is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager with a software background — only those with prior experience in the software industry should apply. We’re looking for a creative and data-driven individual who’s ready to take charge of our brand voice, drive growth across platforms, and help us scale our AI offerings. You’ll lead content execution, campaign planning, performance tracking, and client engagement strategies — all with the goal of boosting brand presence and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Plan and execute high-performing digital campaigns aligned with business goals, targeting key customer segments and driving engagement
- Engage with clients for feedback, campaign optimization, and relationship management, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with internal content creators, designers, and editors to ensure the highest-quality output across all digital touchpoints
- Analyze and report on campaign results (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) using data to improve future campaigns and strategies
- Contribute to overall brand positioning and business scaling strategies through integrated marketing approaches
- Develop SEO strategies to enhance website rankings, optimize content for search engines, and increase organic traffic
- Oversee paid digital campaigns (PPC, social ads) ensuring ROI and high performance in ad spend
- Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to maximize efficiency and impact
- Build and manage influencer partnerships to amplify brand visibility
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Skills Required:
- Proven digital marketing experience across major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong grasp of client management, communication, and feedback handling
- Ability to strategically boost company visibility, branding, and lead generation
- Content planning, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills to create engaging, brand-aligned posts
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and similar platforms
- Deep understanding of analytics, performance metrics, conversion funnels, and customer journey mapping
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategies to enhance organic reach and search engine rankings
- Knowledge of digital trends, hashtags, and platform-specific algorithms to craft optimized content
- Expertise in A/B testing, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and audience segmentation
- Strong understanding of email marketing strategies, including building newsletters and automated campaigns
- Proficiency in social media advertising and paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Bonus: Experience with AI tools for content creation, automation, and performance tracking
- Project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
