Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts across multiple digital channels. You will oversee campaigns, analyze performance metrics, manage budgets, and ensure our brand presence is strong, consistent, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing).
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Oversee website performance, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and user experience improvements.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and targeted marketing materials.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing tools.
• Lead A/B testing and other experiments to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹14,190.49 - ₹25,000.00 per month
