Hiring for Social Media Marketing Manager     Location Jaipur    CTC upto 45,000 per month   Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to manage our social media presence, run paid advertising campaigns, and handle bulk email marketing activities. The role requires a balance of creative content planning, paid campaign optimisation, and large-scale email communication to support lead generation and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute an effective social media marketing strategy across all major platforms Plan, manage, and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Create, schedule, and manage organic social media content Manage Facebook and Google Ads to drive traffic, leads, and conversions Plan and execute social media campaigns for promotions, launches, and lead generation Manage bulk email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated email sequences Handle email list segmentation, scheduling, delivery optimisation, and performance tracking Use digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms) for monitoring and reporting Conduct A/B testing for ads, email subject lines, and content Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on data insights Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging Must-Have Skills & Requirements Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Advertising Strong expertise in Facebook/Instagram Ads and paid social campaigns Mandatory experience in bulk email management (campaign creation, list management, and automation) Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, Zoho, or similar) Working knowledge of PPC and digital advertising campaigns Ability to manage large email databases while ensuring deliverability and compliance Strong analytical and reporting skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Certifications in Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, or Email Marketing (preferred) 2–4 years of experience in social media and email marketing roles Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Social media engagement and follower growth Cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rate Return on ad spend (ROAS) Email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions Lead and revenue contribution from social and email campaigns
