Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online strategy, strengthen brand positioning, and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B marketing expertise in industrial products, engineering, or manufacturing domains. Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and automation will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Branding
  • Build and execute digital marketing strategies for aluminum pipes, fittings, and conveyor solutions.
  • Enhance brand visibility across digital platforms (website, SEO, social media, PPC, email).
  • Lead Generation & Campaigns
  • Plan and manage B2B digital campaigns to capture qualified leads.
  • Run ads on Google, LinkedIn, and industry portals.
  • Track and optimize inquiries from IndiaMART, JustDial, and trade portals.
  • Content & Communication
  • Develop industry-relevant content: blogs, case studies, technical videos, and product demos.
  • Coordinate with design teams for brochures, animations, and presentations.
  • Website & SEO
  • Maintain and optimize the company website for updated product details, success stories, and project showcases.
  • Implement SEO/SEM strategies to rank for industry-specific keywords.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in industrial automation.
  • Provide insights to sales and product teams for better market positioning.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM to measure campaign success.
  • Share ROI-driven reports with management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably for industrial/manufacturing products.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Marketing Automation tools.
  • Knowledge of AI-based marketing tools, predictive analytics, and automation is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and technical content development skills.
  • Analytical and result-oriented mindset.
