We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence, drive traffic, generate leads, and boost overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all platforms.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Oversee SEO/SEM strategy to increase organic visibility and website performance.
• Plan, create, and monitor social media content and engagement across multiple platforms.
• Analyze digital performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with the design, sales, and content teams to align marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, automations, and customer retention funnels.
• Track ROI and ensure efficient utilization of marketing budgets.
• Handle branding, reputation management, and online PR activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and online branding.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Creative thinker with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Canva, Photoshop, or basic design tools.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Experience in healthcare, retail, or service sector marketing (optional).
