Position: Digital Marketing Lead.

Timings: 9 am to 6 pm

Monday to Saturday – Saturday's work from home

Location: Hyderabad


Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join us at . In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our social media presence, enhancing brand awareness and supporting marketing operations to ensure success of our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, deeply understands the marketing trends in the Indian market and possesses a strong background in digital marketing operations.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement innovative social media strategies tailored to our target audience to propel social media growth, drive engagement and enhance brand visibility. 

Manage social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.

Create compelling and culturally relevant content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and personality.

 Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities and customer feedback.

Collaborate closely with the relevant teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Manage influencer partnerships and social media campaigns, from identification and outreach to negotiation and performance tracking, maximizing ROI and brand exposure.

Take full ownership of digital marketing operations, including campaign planning, budget management and performance analysis to optimize marketing eAorts and achieve business objectives.

Profile :

Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (experience in agritech domain preferred).

Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms and MS OAice Suite.

 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track key metrics and optimize campaign performance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate eAectively across teams and engage with diverse audiences.

Creative, data-driven, and analytical mindset. 

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
