Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Social Media & Campaign Support

Support social media in content shooting, scheduling posts, publishing content, and tracking engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth execution of social media plans.

Creative Team Assistance

Make basic design and video edits or adjustments using Canva as required.
Support timely coordination via Slack, etc. between creative, social media, and marketing teams.

Client Communication

Be an active part of client communication loops to understand briefs, share updates, and manage feedback.
Maintain clear, professional, and responsive communication with clients.

Business Development Support

Assist with BD in following up on leads
Support in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and basic presentations.
Maintain lead data and follow-up status

Reporting & Documentation

Track social media performance and maintain internal trackers.
Prepare weekly activity and performance reports for internal and client review.

Market & Competitor Research

Research industry trends, competitor social media strategies, and platform updates.
Share actionable insights to support content planning and BD initiatives.

You will be working on a Real Estate client account and must understand the market

dynamics and align digital campaigns with real estate objectives.
