This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your creativity and analytical skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values results and innovation. Qualifications • Understanding of core digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy) • Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) • Strong written communication skills and ability to create engaging content for web, email, and social media • Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools are a plus • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow • Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance metrics • Knowledge of paid advertising strategies across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn • Portfolio of previous marketing or content work (personal, academic, or professional) • Comfortable using collaboration tools like Notion, Trello, Slack, or Asana • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools and trends Key Responsibilities • Assist in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns • Develop content calendars and manage posts across multiple social platforms • Optimize content for SEO and monitor keyword performance • Run paid ad campaigns and track their effectiveness • Monitor web traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging • Conduct competitor analysis and suggest improvements • Contribute to email campaigns and newsletters • Prepare performance reports and suggest actionable insights • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and tools Application Process • Submit Your Application (via LinkedIn Easy Apply) • Paid Technical Challenge (complete a short marketing or content strategy task) • Interview Rounds (Portfolio Review + Technical Interview + HR Interview) Terms • Paid remote internship or freelance work • Work on the live platform: www.ditansource.com • Formal onboarding via Ditanbiz India Private Limited (our affiliated company) Show more Show less
