Job Location: Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba) Shift Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm Monday to Friday Work from office Responsibilities: Research and Content Planning:Collaborate on editorial calendars and contribute content ideas grounded in market analysis and customer insights. Social media: Assist with LinkedIn and industry-forum campaigns—draft strategy briefs, schedule posts, and monitor KPIs to refine targeting: SEO & Website Analytics: Conduct keyword gaps and competitive analyses; recommend on-page optimizations; support A/B tests on landing pages. Campaign Performance & Insights: Pull and interpret data from Google Analytics, CRM, and social ad platforms; prepare slide deck summaries with actionable recommendations. Market & Competitor Research: Analyze industry trends, procurement cycles, and key-account profiles to inform content themes and paid-media bids. Email & Lead Nurturing: Segment lists, draft nurture sequences, and track open/click/conversion metrics. Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with sales and product teams to align digital tactics with quarterly revenue goals. Project Administration: Maintain content calendars, track project timelines in Asana (or similar), and coordinate agency deliverables. Skills Required: Education: Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) an MBA program with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, or Analytics. Analytical Mindset: Comfort with data—Google Analytics, Excel pivot tables, basic SQL queries or BI tools a plus Digital Savvy: Experience (academic or internship) with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), and email-marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp). Strong Communicator: Excellent business writing and presentation skills; ability to distill complex data into clear recommendations. Organized & Proactive: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight. Team Player: Collaborative spirit, open to feedback, and eager to drive results in a fast-paced B2B environment.
