Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve hospital objectives, such as increasing patient volume or enhancing brand reputation.  Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content for various digital channels, including website content, social media posts, blog articles, videos, and email campaigns.  Website & Online Presence Management: Maintain and update the hospital's website with relevant information and manage the hospital's overall online presence and reputation.  Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Marketing (SEM): Implement strategies to improve search engine rankings and manage online advertising campaigns to increase visibility and patient engagement.  Social Media Management: Create, manage, and monitor the hospital's social media profiles, engaging with the community and promoting services and health awareness.  Email Marketing: Develop and execute email campaigns for patient engagement and to promote various hospital services.  Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, using data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies.  Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with healthcare professionals, medical staff, and other departments to align marketing efforts with the hospital's overall goals and effectively promote services.  Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with healthcare regulations, ethical practices, and data privacy standards.  Community Outreach: Organize and participate in community events and outreach programs to enhance the hospital's visibility and community relationships.
