Role Description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive who will work closely with the marketing team to support digital initiatives. This role is hands-on, focusing on WordPress updates, campaign execution, content publishing, and performance tracking.

Specific Requirements:

• Update and maintain the Aircom WordPress website (content uploads, page edits, plugin management).
• Support execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media, emailers, paid campaigns).
• Assist with blog formatting, landing page creation, and lead-generation forms.
• Create simple marketing creatives in Canva (social media posts, banners, infographics, email headers).
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare simple reports for the team.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Research and share best practices in digital marketing and SEO to support team growth.
• Create PowerPoint personations capturing the value proposition, product stories.
• Liaison with Sales and Pre-Sales teams for Go to market campaigns, collateral creation.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign support roles.
• Proficiency in WordPress and basic knowledge of SEO.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Emailer marketing platforms, etc.
• Proficiency in Canva for creating simple digital creatives.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.

Education

• Graduate degree with good English proficiency (written and spoken).

• Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing and Design (preferred).
