Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2 years of hands-on experience in email campaigns, LinkedIn marketing, and social media asset management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and trends to effectively grow our brand’s online presence and generate qualified leads. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage audiences and drive conversions Develop and manage LinkedIn campaigns including content creation, outreach, and performance tracking Organize and maintain a structured library of social media assets to ensure consistent and on-brand messaging Analyze campaign data and provide performance reports with actionable insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, and sales) to support marketing initiatives Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in email and LinkedIn campaigns Proficient in tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar email platforms Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred: Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Certification in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) Show more Show less
