Responsibilities To streamline all the referral & product related process and act as one point of contact for any referral patient to ensure smooth and satisfactory customer experience. Assist HOD in the smooth functioning of department Assist in coordination for conducting health check camps across target market. Be the single point of contact for any customer referral Ensure departmental protocol is followed and customer satisfaction is maximized. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations. Experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO and social media management. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform marketing decisions.
