Associate Manager - Sales ( Referral Sales)

Job Description

Maintain and develop a customer and prospect database. Develop Tie Ups with hospitals and clinics for referrals. Conduct CME’s, wellness activities for consultants. Conduct health check camps across target market. Contribute marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Prepare and complete action plans for marketing activities. Develop publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklets, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials, including content, design, creativity and proof – reading etc. Identify and target customer segments for referral programs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in referral marketing. Good at building and maintaining relationships and networks. Support in implementing changes management, roll out of strategic org. plan and bring out sustainable results.
