Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation ● Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. ● Manage budgets, improve campaign efficiency, and drive high-quality leads for multiple Valion entities. ● Continuously test creatives, keywords, audiences, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance. 2. Conversion Tracking & Analytics ● Set up and manage conversion tracking across platforms (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, CRM tracking). ● Build, test, and maintain event tracking, custom conversions, and CRM-integrated tracking journeys. ● Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and ensure 100% accuracy in reporting. 3. SEO (On-Page & Off-Page) ● Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization for Valion websites. ● Implement SEO best practices—meta tags, URL structure, schema, internal linking, image optimization, etc. ● Manage off-page SEO activities including backlink acquisition, directory submissions, content SEO recommendations, and technical SEO coordination. ● Monitor rankings, site health, indexing, and visibility improvements. 4. Website Management & Landing Page Support ● Oversee website updates, performance improvements, and lead form integrations across all Valion entity websites. ● Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless UX, fast load times, and optimal funnel performance. 5. Reporting & Insights ● Create weekly, monthly, and campaign-level performance reports for leadership. ● Track KPIs such as leads, CAC, ROI, CTR, conversion rates, website performance, and channel efficiency. ● Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve marketing outcomes. 6. Cross-Entity Digital Support ● Manage digital execution requirements for myfollo, PropCare, and other group verticals simultaneously. ● Coordinate with sales and operations teams to understand lead quality and feedback loops for campaign refinement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
