Sr Manager- Portfolio Management / Team Lead Wealth Management

You will be responsible for managing HNI client relationships and overseeing a team of Portfolio Managers. Your duties and responsibilities will include: - Sourcing new customers for Wealth Management - Leading a team of Portfolio Managers, providing on-the-job training, and ensuring comprehensive reporting - Meeting set targets for yourself and the team under your supervision - Bringing in Real Estate Assets portfolios from clients and collaborating with relevant departments - Generating upfront revenue by promoting developer projects and investments to new and existing HNI clients - Maintaining daily sales reports, figures, forecasts, and other records for the team - Understanding client needs and offering suitable real estate solutions - Identifying and segmenting target markets to explore new business opportunities - Regularly engaging with clients, conducting face-to-face meetings to assess risk profiles, return aspirations, and deliver personalized product portfolios Requirements: - Proven experience as a Team Leader in Wealth Management or Private Banking with a current HNW client portfolio - Minimum 3 to maximum 7 years of experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking - Fluency in English and a professional demeanor Salary: - Compensation is negotiable based on candidate suitability This is a Full-time position with benefits including paid sick time.
