Ideal candidates must have a proven background in the travel and tourism sector and a passion for promoting exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Inside Marketing & Booking Conversion Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to convert potential inquiries into confirmed reservations. Analyze guest engagement data, optimize messaging, and apply best-performing channels to improve conversion rates. Reservation Management & Upselling Handle all inbound booking inquiries via phone, email, or digital platforms. Maintain accuracy and timeliness in the reservation system.
