About the Role

As the Marketing & Reservations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving bookings through internal marketing strategies, ensuring superior guest engagement, and maintaining seamless coordination with our centralized marketing team. Ideal candidates must have a proven background in the travel and tourism sector and a passion for promoting exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities Inside Marketing & Booking Conversion

• Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to convert potential inquiries into confirmed reservations.
• Analyze guest engagement data, optimize messaging, and apply best-performing channels to improve conversion rates. Reservation Management & Upselling
• Handle all inbound booking inquiries via phone, email, or digital platforms. Maintain accuracy and timeliness in the reservation system.
• Use upselling techniques—such as room upgrades or packages—to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue. Daily Coordination with Centralized Marketing Team
• Daily collaboration with the central marketing team to align property-level campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
• Liaise on promotional calendars, campaign execution, and ROI measurement.
