Operation Manager

As an Operations Manager at Mazus Hotels & Resorts, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the performance and profitability of multiple hotel and resort properties located in Kerala and Karnataka. Your leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and operational expertise will be key in maintaining high service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction across all units. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of multiple hotel & resort properties. - Develop and implement operational strategies for smooth functioning of all departments. - Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures. - Drive guest satisfaction by upholding high service quality standards. - Recruit, train, and supervise property-level managers and staff. - Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all properties. - Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements. - Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. - Conduct regular property visits and audits to monitor performance and suggest improvements. - Build strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and local partners. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration preferred. - Minimum 5+ years of hotel operations experience, including multi-property management. - Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills. - Excellent knowledge of hospitality operations, budgeting, and quality control. - Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages. - Ability to travel frequently between properties in Kerala and Karnataka.
