Content Creator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our digital marketing team at our premium resort property in Wayanad. The ideal candidate should be able to bring the brand story to life through visually appealing and engaging content across multiple digital platforms. This role combines creativity, storytelling, and an understanding of travel trends to attract and inspire potential guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality photo, video, and written content showcasing property highlights, experiences, and local attractions.
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to plan and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns.
• Create reels, short videos, and behind-the-scenes content to enhance brand visibility on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to produce content for promotions, festivals, influencer collaborations, and events.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual aesthetics across all online channels.
• Research travel and lifestyle trends to produce fresh and relevant storytelling ideas.
• Manage and organize photo/video shoots with guests, staff, and property highlights.
• Edit and optimize content for digital platforms ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
• Contribute creative ideas for paid campaigns, blogs, and influencer tie-ups.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or Visual Arts.
• Proven experience in content creation for hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, design, and on-site operations teams.
• Fluent in English (Malayalam and Hindi are an added advantage).
• Creative mindset with a passion for travel, nature, and hospitality experiences.
