Digital Marketing Assistant

As a Content Creator at our premium resort property in Wayanad, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand story to life through visually appealing and engaging content across various digital platforms. Your creativity, storytelling skills, and understanding of travel trends will attract and inspire potential guests. Key Responsibilities: - Develop high-quality photo, video, and written content showcasing property highlights, experiences, and local attractions. - Collaborate with the digital marketing team to plan and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns. - Create reels, short videos, and behind-the-scenes content to enhance brand visibility on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. - Produce content for promotions, festivals, influencer collaborations, and events in coordination with marketing and operations teams. - Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual aesthetics across all online channels. - Research travel and lifestyle trends to generate fresh and relevant storytelling ideas. - Manage and organize photo/video shoots with guests, staff, and property highlights. - Edit and optimize content for digital platforms to achieve maximum reach and engagement. - Contribute creative ideas for paid campaigns, blogs, and influencer tie-ups. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or Visual Arts. - Proven experience in content creation for hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands. - Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc. - Strong understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing strategies. - Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, design, and on-site operations teams. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi is an added advantage. - Creative mindset with a passion for travel, nature, and hospitality experiences.
