Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in executing and leading digital marketing strategies. This individual will be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts across various channels, optimizing campaigns, and leading a team to ensure all initiatives align with the company’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development and Execution: Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple online channels. Plan and execute campaigns across digital platforms including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), SEO, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. Analyze the market landscape, target audience, and industry trends to inform digital strategies. Campaign Management and Optimization: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels, to ensure maximum ROI. Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience preferences. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Manage A/B testing and other optimization methods to improve campaign performance continuously. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring effective execution of marketing campaigns. Collaborate closely with the creative, content, and design teams to produce high-quality marketing materials. Work with other departments like sales, product, and customer service to align marketing strategies and ensure seamless execution. Analytics and Reporting: Use data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar to monitor website traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics. Prepare and present detailed performance reports, highlighting key insights and opportunities for improvement. Monitor SEO performance, leveraging tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to improve website rankings. Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring the effective allocation of resources across channels to achieve desired results. Maintain accurate records of spend, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget and achieve KPIs. SEO & Content Strategy: Oversee the execution of on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and improve search engine rankings. Develop content strategies that align with brand goals, targeting customer needs, and optimizing for SEO. Ensure that content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for different platforms. Customer Retention and Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and retention through email marketing, content, and social media. Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to customer journeys and enhance the user experience. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company’s digital marketing strategy competitive. Attend industry conferences, webinars, and training to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Experience: 7-8 years of digital marketing experience with proven expertise in running campaigns across multiple platforms. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), email marketing platforms, and content management systems. Leadership: Experience leading and managing a team of digital marketers or cross-functional teams. Analytical Skills: Expertise in data analysis and using insights to improve marketing performance and ROI. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain strategies and performance reports to senior leadership. Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B or B2C marketing (depending on the company’s target audience). Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Experience with CRM systems and customer segmentation. Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing tools. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Creative thinker who can develop innovative marketing strategies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI). Website traffic growth (organic, paid, and social). Conversion rate improvements. Social media engagement (likes, shares, comments). Email open and click-through rates. SEO rankings and improvements.
