Digital Marketing & Brand Executive Rajni Intimates — one of South India’s most loved innerwear brands — is looking for a Digital Marketing & Brand Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore. With 37 years of legacy in women’s innerwear, Rajni Intimates is now transforming into a modern D2C brand that connects heritage craftsmanship with today’s digital world. This role offers a chance to work directly with the Founder to shape brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, and digital growth strategies. Position: Digital Marketing & Brand Executive Location: Rajni Corporate Office, Mysore Road, Bangalore Reporting To: Bhanu Pratap Singh (Founder & CEO) Experience: 2+ years Compensation: 25,000 – 30,000 (in-hand) Growth Path: Eligible for promotion to Brand & Marketing Lead based on performance Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10 AM – 6 PM) Vicinity Preference: Within 5–6 km of Rajni Corporate Office Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (organic + paid) for Rajni Intimates and the Founder’s page. • Manage daily operations of brand’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business, Google Ads). • Drive engagement, traffic, and brand awareness through performance marketing and creative campaigns. • Collaborate with the founder to build and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns. • Coordinate with content creator (Ayushi) for design, creatives, and post scheduling. • Plan influencer collaborations, gifting, and online brand partnerships. • Handle email marketing, WhatsApp automation, and brand communication. • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools — and submit weekly reports to the founder. • Assist in brand positioning, offline marketing campaigns, and launch planning for new products. Required Skills & Experience: • Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools (Meta Business, Google Ads, Analytics). • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and content strategy. • Proficiency in campaign management and performance tracking. • Creativity with a strong eye for brand storytelling and visual direction. • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C industry.
