Role Overview

Digital Marketing Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, GA4, etc.) for internal and client-facing performance reviews
  • Analyze campaign data across

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn

    to uncover actionable insights and optimization opportunities
  • Track user behavior using GA4 and event-based analytics to identify drop-offs, engagement patterns, and funnel performance
  • Collaborate with content, design, and paid media teams to align execution with strategic insights
  • Conduct competitor and industry benchmarking to provide perspective on performance
  • Own weekly/monthly reporting, flagging anomalies, trends, and opportunities proactively
  • Assist in performance forecasting and ROI modeling for media plans

You’ll Excel in This Role If You:

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in a digital agency or data-heavy marketing role
  • Are fluent in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and ideally Looker Studio
  • Love diving into metrics, but can also tell a story from numbers
  • Are comfortable juggling multiple projects, clients, and deadlines
  • Know how to simplify complexity—your insights are sharp and digestible
  • Are self-motivated, process-oriented, and excited to grow with a high-performance team
