Role Overview

AdRoll Campaigns Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end AdRoll campaigns (retargeting, prospecting, email, display, and social).
• Analyze audience data to create high-performing custom segments.
• Create and test ad creatives in coordination with design and content teams.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to meet performance KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA).
• Use AdRoll dashboards and reports to generate insights and improve strategy.
• Manage budgets across multiple clients and verticals.
• Collaborate with client servicing and strategy teams to align with client goals.
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in retargeting and programmatic advertising.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing AdRoll campaigns.
• Strong understanding of retargeting, display advertising, and performance marketing.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email platforms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
• Agency experience preferred.
