Key Responsibilities Develop and manage end-to-end AdRoll campaigns (retargeting, prospecting, email, display, and social). Analyze audience data to create high-performing custom segments. What You’ll Do Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io to build targeted B2B prospect lists across industries, geographies, and buyer personas. Run cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach using automation tools to generate qualified leads for BrandLoom and its clients. Work closely with client servicing and strategy teams to understand different ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and tailor campaigns accordingly. A/B testing mindset with data-backed approach to copy and targeting. Excellent communication and copywriting skills — especially for outbound email. Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to deliver results consistently. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while collaborating across teams.
