Digital Marketing & AI Content Strategist

We’re looking for a high-energy, AI-literate digital marketer who can take full ownership of social media, ad campaigns, and cutting-edge content development to build a powerful digital presence for our institute.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Social Media & Ads Management
• Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.
• Manage organic content calendars & community engagement.
• Analyze metrics and adapt strategies for ROI-driven growth.
• AI-Powered Content Creation
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Copy.ai, Jasper, RunwayML, etc.) to develop content.
• Design high-converting creatives, reels, stories, and videos.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, emailers, and ad copies.
• Branding & Strategy
• Work closely with the academic team to shape messaging for students, parents, and teachers.
• Align all communication with our brand vision and mission.
• Funnel Building & Conversion
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Hotjar, etc., to track lead behavior and improve conversions.
• Build WhatsApp automation funnels, landing pages (using tools like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Webflow, etc.)

What We Expect:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolio can apply).
• Strong knowledge of AI tools for marketing & content.
• Proficiency in running paid ads on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms.
• Experience with short-form video content, Canva, Reels, etc.
• Passion for education, tech, and innovation.
• Strong English writing + copywriting skills.
• Creativity, consistency, and accountability.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• SEO basics and YouTube growth strategies.
• Email marketing & automation tools.
• Creative direction & storytelling.
