Role Overview:
Lead client relationships by managing expectations through comprehensive requirement gathering and timely deliverables.Support the client team with ongoing analytics needs and system maintenance.Develop and drive digital analytics strategies aligned with industry-specific KPIs.Leverage data to inform and optimize business processes and growth strategies.Monitor and interpret KPIs to identify performance improvements.Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to derive trends and growth opportunities.Contribute to ad-hoc business analyses and strategic initiatives.Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics with business requirements.Role Responsibilities
Translate business needs into analytics strategies and execution plans.Use tools like GA/GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI for reporting and dashboarding.Employ SQL and statistical techniques to analyze digital data.Ensure deliverable quality through SLA adherence and client-ready reporting.Engage in storytelling with data to make insights accessible and actionable.Maintain high task efficiency and delivery utilization metrics.Skills Required
