Key Responsibilities

:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns

    across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), ensuring they align with business goals and target audiences.
  • Manage advertising budgets

    and ensure effective allocation of spend across campaigns to maximize ROI and performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance

    using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and optimize for key metrics like CTR, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams

    to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and compelling call-to-action messaging.
  • Conduct A/B testing

    on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Track and report on the performance

    of digital advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies

    to ensure precise targeting and personalization of ads.
  • Monitor trends

    in digital advertising and implement best practices to keep the company at the forefront of advertising technology and strategy.
  • Work with agencies

    or third-party vendors when necessary to enhance the execution of campaigns or expand reach.
  • Optimize paid search campaigns

    , social media ads, display ads, and remarketing efforts to ensure maximum impact and conversion.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports

    and budget forecasts to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, learnings, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor competitor advertising strategies

    and industry trends to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
  • Stay up-to-date with new advertising platforms, tools, and industry developments

    to ensure ongoing campaign improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team

    to ensure the integration of digital advertising efforts into broader marketing campaigns and strategies.

Requirements

:
  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in

    digital advertising

    , with proven success in managing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising tools

    such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other industry-standard platforms.
  • Proficiency in campaign management

    , including keyword research, bidding strategies, targeting, and segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills

    , with the ability to interpret campaign data and use insights to optimize performance.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization

    , and performance analysis to drive continual improvement.
  • Creative and detail-oriented

    , with the ability to create compelling ad copy and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills
