Job Description

You will be responsible for various aspects of HR management in the organization, including: - Developing recruitment strategies and partnering with leadership for hiring plans. - Enhancing employer branding and optimizing tech-enabled hiring processes. - Implementing and driving a goal-based Performance Management System. - Aligning individual KPIs with organizational strategy and rewarding outcomes. - Driving engagement programs such as town halls, recognition, and feedback forums. - Championing an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture. - Overseeing onboarding, training, leadership development, and career pathways. - Building a succession pipeline for critical roles and functions. - Developing and updating HR policies per labour laws and company goals. - Ensuring compliance with Punjab labour laws and statutory regulations. - Conducting benchmarking and aligning rewards with performance outcomes. - Maintaining grievance redressal mechanisms and mediating disputes ethically. - Ensuring structured exit procedures, conducting exit interviews, and analyzing attrition. - Leveraging HRMS and automation to improve process efficiency and data accuracy. - Overseeing admin operations, vendor management, office upkeep, and compliance. - Managing logistics, travel, and infrastructure support for leadership and staff.
