Role Overview

Scope & Market Focus

  • Lead revenue generation across high-potential micro-markets such as Thane, managing transactions in the 1-10 Cr range.
  • Focus on

    Primary Residential Real Estate

    , with selective exposure to Secondary Residential and Commercial opportunities.
  • Align sales strategies with corporate objectives and key project launches.
  • Own the sales pipeline and ensure alignment of team targets with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-10 Sales Managers and Business Development Executives.
  • Conduct regular huddles, weekly reviews, and monthly strategy meetings to track performance and refine sales approaches.
  • Provide guidance on lead qualification, product pitching, objection handling, and closing strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales playbooks and best practices to standardize processes across the team.
  • Support succession planning by identifying and grooming future leaders within the sales organization.

Revenue & Client Management

  • Personally handle select high-value, high-priority clients and investor relationships.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with UHNI clients and top-tier investors for recurring business and referrals.
  • Oversee high-value deal negotiations and approvals in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction KPIs.

Post-Sales & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Supervise post-sales activities including documentation, payments, compliance, incentive release, and handover processes.
  • Coordinate with Accounts, Compliance, and CRM teams to ensure smooth client journeys and timely closure of post-sales formalities.
  • Maintain accurate data on sales and post-sales activities in CRM for reporting and analysis.

Market Strategy & Business Growth

  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to optimize sales strategies.
  • Identify new projects, client segments, and business opportunities in assigned micro-markets.
  • Represent Royalti at events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.

  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and client relationship skills.
  • Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, luxury properties, and high-value transactions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with operational execution abilities and strong problem-solving skills.

Experience Required

  • 815 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or related domains.
  • Proven track record in leading sales teams, driving revenue, and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Experience in Primary & Secondary Residential markets, and selective Commercial real estate.
