About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure and deployment pipelines that support reliable and scalable software delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with cloud platforms, automation tools, and CI/CD practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of our development and operations processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to optimize build, test, and release processes.
Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
Automate deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of infrastructure and applications.
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple environments (development, staging, production).
Promote and implement DevSecOps practices, ensuring security and compliance are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Scripting and automation experience in Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages.
Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).
Solid understanding of monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk).
Familiarity with networking, load balancing, and security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes.
Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd) or serverless architectures.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps culture in large-scale environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
