DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage

  CI/CD pipelines

  for applications built on Laravel, Python, and Java.
• Manage AWS infrastructure including

  EC2, RDS (MySQL), MongoDB, Elasticache, and S3

  .
• Implement

  infrastructure automation

  using tools like Terraform/CloudFormation and Ansible.
• Handle

  installation, configuration, upgrades, and backups

  for databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and services.
• Set up and maintain monitoring/alerting systems (

  CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog

  ).
• Ensure

  scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance

  across environments.
• Perform

  day-to-day DevOps operations

  including troubleshooting, incident response, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with development teams to support deployment strategies and improve developer productivity.
• Drive best practices in

  disaster recovery, backup/restore, and environment management

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a

  DevOps Engineer

  working with AWS environments (production & staging).
• Strong knowledge of

  CI/CD tools

  (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with

  Linux administration, shell scripting, and automation

  .
• Expertise in

  MySQL and MongoDB administration

  (backup, restore, performance tuning).
• Familiarity with

  Laravel, Python, and Java application deployments

  .
• Experience with

  containerization and orchestration

  (Docker, Kubernetes/ECS/EKS).
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging frameworks.
• Solid understanding of

  networking, security, and access management

  in cloud environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Prior exposure to

  Elasticache/Redis performance tuning and scaling

  .
• Knowledge of cost optimization strategies in AWS.
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum

  workflows.
