What You'll Do
Technical Sales Leadership
- Act as the go-to technical & commercial expert for Nutanix and HPE solutions
- Lead pre-sales discussions with C-level and technical stakeholders
- Design and deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concepts
Vendor & Partner Management
- Cultivate relationships with Nutanix & HPE channel teams
- Negotiate pricing and market incentives to stay ahead
- Coordinate with implementation partners for flawless delivery
Business Growth & Strategy
- Drive consistent revenue growth through new and existing clients
- Build product roadmaps based on market trends & customer needs
- Analyze competitors to identify unique selling points
Sales Enablement
- Train and mentor sales teams on features, positioning & best practices
- Develop impactful sales collateral and technical documentation
- Coach junior team members on solution-selling
Project & Proposal Management
- Manage end-to-end project delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead RFP responses with strong technical and commercial insights
- Craft pricing strategies that balance profit and market demand
Reporting & Forecasting
- Produce sales forecasts & executive pipeline reports
- Monitor key KPIs and share actionable market intelligence
What They're Looking For
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred)
- Current HPE MASE certification
- 5+ years in technical sales or product management in enterprise IT
- Proven track record with HPE or VMware solution portfolios
- Strong understanding of server, storage & networking tech
- Ability to turn technical specs into compelling business value
Preferred:
- Nutanix Professional Certification (NPP or NPX)
- Experience with Saudi government IT procurement
- Arabic language skills
Professional Skills
- Confident presenter to technical & non-technical audiences
- Sharp analytical & market trend analysis abilities
- Skilled negotiator & contract manager
- CRM savvy (Salesforce preferred) & Microsoft Office pro
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
